Unbelievable Customer Support
"I have never even used this company before and I had an electrical problem in my townhouse. My landlord said she couldn't get an electrician to come look at it until that Monday. I called A-1 at close to midnight on a weekend and he picked the phone right up. His schedule was booked and he could not make it to my house. Instead of just telling me that he couldn't help he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through what to check and we got the problem fixed right there on the spot. Not very many companies out there that will help you fix your problem over the phone and especially for a person that has never been a paying customer. My family appreciated this help that night more than I can put into words and in the future I know exactly what company I want working on anything I need fixed. "I called A-1 Affordable for the first time. A tenant called and I went and looked at the problems and she needed inside parts of an Kohler toilet replaced. She had a leaking bathroom hot water faucet. We decided to upgrade and replace. There were many electric outlets went out in are last bad storm. Jeff owner repaired everything. My Tenant said she loved her new faucet and the toilet not running nonstop lol! And of course the outlet’s repaired.
I will use him again! I called Friday afternoon he was there Monday morning. The bathroom had granite with 3 handle facet 8” center. I went and picked that out and dropped it off Tuesday.
He put in the faucet Wednesday! So happy!"

"This company is fantastic! I woke up to a my water heater draining and the shut off valve wasn't working properly. I called at 630 am and they arrived a 1/2 hour later. They moved their schedule around so they could get out by me ASAP. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reliable, honest and friendly! Definitely cares about their customers."
