"I have never even used this company before and I had an electrical problem in my townhouse. My landlord said she couldn't get an electrician to come look at it until that Monday. I called A-1 at close to midnight on a weekend and he picked the phone right up. His schedule was booked and he could not make it to my house. Instead of just telling me that he couldn't help he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through what to check and we got the problem fixed right there on the spot. Not very many companies out there that will help you fix your problem over the phone and especially for a person that has never been a paying customer. My family appreciated this help that night more than I can put into words and in the future I know exactly what company I want working on anything I need fixed.
